Position Overview
 
The BODY20 Corporate HQ Team is seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to add to our growing team of professionals. 
 
Working for BODY20 HQ (the Franchisor) the Regional Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure that BODY20 franchisees operate successful studio locations. Specifically, the Regional Sales Manager will coach and drive studio membership sales and retention efforts by ensuring franchisees maintain a strong culture of sales and a commitment to an exceptional member experience within their studio team. The Regional Sales Manager will also ensure that all BODY20 Franchisees utilize (and comply with) BODY20’s processes, systems and brand standards so that franchise performance across the network is successful, consistent, and on-brand. 

This position requires exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong meaningful relationships, a track record of successful project management and collaboration across teams, fastidious attention to detail and reliable organizational skills.

This position is a hybrid role, with ou will be able to enjoy remote work on specified days of the week, and 3 of the workdays will

Education and Experience
 
·       Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; some college required.
·       1-2 years of franchise, business or sales coaching experience strongly preferred. 
        (Experience may count towards educational requirement.)
·       Previous experience as a Business Coach, Consultant or Mentor with a franchise and/or similar concept is strongly preferred.
·       Membership sales experience is preferred. 
 
Primary Responsibilities
 
·       Serves as the primary BODY20 HQ contact for assigned Franchisee.
·       Evaluates studio performance using key metrics and identifies growth opportunities.
·       Ensures that all franchisees' studio operations efforts are a full reflection of the BODY20 system and brand standards.
·       Coaches Franchisees on effective Sales Team Leadership including team meetings and staff accountability.
·       Encourages and empowers Franchisees to operate the most successful franchise locations possible.

·       Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
·       Experience working with SaaS platforms, CRMs, and other cloud-based software or a broad technical acumen. 
·       A growth mindset and a commitment to embrace a culture of continuous learning. 
 
Location and Travel Requirements

This position is performed remotely some days an in person at the HQ downtown Austin three days a week, but will also require frequent travel to franchise locations, trainings, and other obligations (varies depending on the time of year and season). Our ideal candidate is able to commit to travel plans on as little as a week’s notice at times and has easy access to a major airport.
 
Compensation and Benefits

BODY20 offers competitive compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a BODY20 Studio membership and PTO, short term disability covered fully by employer as well as an HSA plan option for medical.
Annual base salary for this position starts at $75,000 with additional attractive performance-based incentive bonuses and opportunities for advancement.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
